Sugarbush Mad Triathlon
May 12, 2012
Waitsfield, Vt.
The Mad Triathlon is a great way to celebrate the start of spring. Whether you're an iron man or woman or just enjoy exercising with friends, have fun while you run, paddle, and bike! Runners blast out of Lincoln Peak with a 7.2 mile run, then paddle 6 miles down the Mad River, cycle 10 miles back to Lincoln Peak, and then enjoy a 3 mile trail run, totaling 26.2 miles. Enjoy the Kid's triathlon and BBQ celebration at 4:00 p.m.

Spring Fest at Shelburne Museum

The Shires of Vermont Marathon

Vermont Open Studio Weekend
Statewide – May 26-27, 2012
Vermont’s natural scenic beauty is enhanced each spring when the work of more than 285 Vermont artists and craftspeople can be seen firsthand during Vermont’s annual Open Studio Weekend. Open Studio Weekend is a statewide celebration of the visual arts and the creative process in which Vermont artists and craftspeople invite the public to visit their studios during Memorial Day Weekend.
